Her foot tapped along as they rode up, she had two unstable aspects that made her up, speed and chaos. Either one alone wasn't so bad. Speedsters could slow down and think, and Chaos could be balanced by perspective. Add the two and you had someone who moved and thought too fast to balance herself out. It made her either very effective or very dangerous, so far she'd been lucky.
She finished the smoothie and set the cup to one of the counters they passed. She was fairly certain she could put it back when they returned. "If you can have a secret lab under New York it's about as good as it gets."
He's been a real gentleman so far, holding doors and letting her go first. It was more impressive than a lot of the guys she'd met. "So, Scott Rayner-West, that's quite a name."
